Troubleshooting log in issues
- Check that you are logging in with the correct email address.
- If you already registered an account, do not try to create another one, click login and enter username and password.
- If you forgot your password, click login, click forgot password, and then enter your email there. This will prompt an email to be sent to their email so they can reset their password.
- Browser not “agreeing” with the system. Although we work well with all the major browsers (Mozilla, Chrome, Safari, etc…), browsers need to be up to date. Update your browser or try an alternate browser. Do not use Internet Explorer as it is not supported by Microsoft.
